    • Other Indian States: Delivery may take up to 6 business days depending on the region.

    • Certain remote or exceptional regions may require additional time.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After 1 hour, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be processed for shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

    • The product received is damaged

    • The product received is incorrect or mis-sent by our side

  • To request a refund:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    • Provide proof (such as photographs) of the damage or error.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Note: Refunds or replacements are not applicable for products that are opened, consumed, or damaged due to misuse or handling by the customer.
